salyavin	u10 seems really agressive at killing processes to me as well. Sometimes it kills all my user apps. Randomly tweetian or tt-rss or gpodder. Always responsive unlike u9 which was less agressive but when it got too look may go a few seconds unresponsive.	06:55

I noticed in november in russia that in some cases even different timezone offsets are announced in different cells of the same provider	09:54
